Program Coordinator

Dana Gowder has over 8 years of administrative, fiscal, and human resource management experience. She currently serves as the Program Coordinator at TriZen, LLC. Dana’s focus is administration and coordinating with the firm’s clients and contracts regarding business strategy and leadership development. 

Prior to TriZen, she lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for 10 years. In Pittsburgh, specifically Homewood on the East End, is where she gained her extensive experience through her work at Bible Center COGIC. It was her ministry with the church, that she discovered a passion for mentoring young girls, the desire to maximize her own potential and the importance of giving back to the community. Dana was a school-based LAMP (Learning and Mentor Program) Advocate as well as a 2nd in Command Mentor for the MEAT (Manhood/Womanhood Education and Training) Program during her time in Pittsburgh. 

Dana has also traveled abroad and lived in Peru for a semester where she did cross-cultural outreach with the local Pervian community. She worked alongside the residents to help build a school, homes and a church for the community.

Dana graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors Degree in Anthropology and a concentration in Forensic Science. She was also inducted into Lambda Alpha, the Anthropology Honor Society, in 2011.
